Responsibilities
· Present and sell company Hardware and Software with services to current and potential clients in the assigned region
· Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts/Leads to be made
· Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and create Channel partners in LATAM Region
· Identify Direct sales prospects (Banks. Acquirers, Merchant Aggregators) and contact these and other accounts as assigned
· Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts and also coordinate all activities for Funnel and sales Push with Channel partners for the region
· Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge for Android POS Ecosystem and Payment Ecosystem
· Establish and maintain current client, Partners and potential client/Partners relationships
· Prepare and Maintain Statement of accounts SOA, Lead Funnel, Opportunity Closure reports for Sales MIS and have weekly Team Meets and Daily Regional Team meets
· Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up for back office as per back office team assigned
· Identify and resolve client concerns for generating more repeat business
· Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
· Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff and update on competition for the assigned regions
· Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales and after sales services
· Responsible for revenue generation on targets and collection targets regionally
Additional Responsibilities
· Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events and direct meetings as an when requested
· Follow-up for collection of payment
· Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of solutions and services
· Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees
· Keep CRM updated
· Guide Channel partners and Account Sales Team with Creating new SI /partners in region
Requirements
· Current Candidate should be from Android /Traditional POS Sales and Payment ecosystem with a min experience for the region of 8-10 years in the industry
· Overall sales experience required on field with high revenue Hardware and software solution is 10 years
· Candidate should have handled revenue sales of 2 million USD /Anum & Cash Flow Collection of over 1 million USD/Anum in previous work experience
· Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required for English and local language
· Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations
· Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
· Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public and Virtually on Zoom or other mediums
· Work requires significant regional travel to current and potential clients
· Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel and work
· Work towards introducing new Channel partners, understanding their current problems and trying to find solutions with Team
Conditions
· Working conditions are normal for an office Free environment/Work from Home
· Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work to cater to regional Sales team needs
· Travels across designated regions
· Contract Service Agreement with monthly base salary and yearly bonuses
· Ability to grow the team
