Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Location: Candidates located in EST or PDT preferable, but not required
Job Summary:
The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth onboarding of new agents at Real. This will include gathering all relevant information from the agent, coordination, and payments, ensuring customer success, and owning the process from start to finish. The Onboarding Coordinator will report directly to the Onboarding Manager on the projects and goals they’d like to achieve. The Coordinator will then lead and monitor the progress of multiple agents to make sure they follow this direction and meet and exceed these goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Detailing initial tasks and answering any queries related to agents or team(s)
- Ensuring new agents have the necessary technical and hands-on assistance to onboard seamlessly
- Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new agents, including license transfer documents and fees
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with agents and Real
- Maintain communication with new agents joining Real Broker
- Regular check-ins with agents related to issues, problems, or unforeseen circumstances that may have come up

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience as an Onboarding Specialist or similar in real estate is a plus
- Experience with standard software, such as G-SUITE, MS Office, Adobe Sign, and Salesforce(or other CRM)
