Estimating Administrator [South Africa]


 The purpose of the role is to administrate and co-ordinate fully compliant tenders by ensuring timeous, accurate and comprehensive preparation and completion of tender submission documents according to the tender requirements. Applicants should have appropriate experience, across a range of projects, with a medium to large construction company. Candidates should be self-starting and highly motivated, with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The best candidates will be detailed and organized team players with demonstrated delivery in high pressure situations. Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 senior certificate.
  • 10 years administration experience.
  • 5 years construction tendering experience.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge and understanding of Construction Software (CCS).
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
