About the role
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating adaptable content that is meaningful, concise and engaging for training modules, internal documentation and other relevant resources. You will translate complex technical information into easy to understand language that is technically accurate; work with Solution Engineers, Information Architects, and Graphic Designers to implement edits correctly to increase the knowledge and understanding of our CCMS.
You will work in a collaborative team environment with multi-functional teams to develop and deliver effective learning experiences. This will also include being able to lead change by applying innovative and creative approaches to deliver engaging content to learners. This includes creating activities and compelling courses that enhance customer retention and engaging activities, as well as resources to promote employee career development.
You will also conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and context, and design and develop the criteria and assessment instruments used to judge learner understanding by applying tested instructional design theories, methods, and best practices.
As an Instructional Designer you will also:
Manage all aspects of the Paligo Learning Management System (LMS) including administration, configuration, monthly and quarterly report generation, and user support.
Develop and maintain content templates and content creation processes.
About you
We are looking for an Instructional Designer who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment, willing to roll up their sleeves, and eager to learn new skills. We want you to have excellent oral and written communication skills, both in online and in person meetings.
As an Instructional Designer, you also have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic. We want you to have strong decision making skills and excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities. You have demonstrated experience in working on multiple projects at the same time and prioritizing work appropriately.

A third-level degree
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an eLearning and/or content development role, preferably in a SaaS-based environment
Fluent in English
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in the knowledge management industry and/or documentation background
Experience with Docebo
