Position: Cleaner Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our team. As the Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the cleaning operations within our organization. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE, as well as strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaners to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Train and mentor new cleaning staff members, providing guidance on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
- Monitor the performance of the cleaning team, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement in productivity and quality of work.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the facility.
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for the team to fulfill their duties.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to address any cleaning-related issues or concerns.
- Handle customer complaints or special requests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain documentation and records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and any maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cleaner Supervisor in the UAE, preferably in a similar industry .
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Excellent communication skills in English (English language skills would be advantageous).
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving skills to address any operational challenges and customer issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
