Job Description:

The Public Relations Specialist will work closely with the content creators, social media team, and other stakeholders to manage the company’s reputation and promote the Remit Choice brand. He will be responsible to bring best practices to create and maintain a positive public image for the organisations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a first contact person for all media queries. Write press releases, media announcements, speeches, and other PR copy.
  • Prepare presentations for media briefings and other meetings.
  • Organise and oversee company events such as fairs, open days, seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Build and maintains relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, bloggers, and other celebrities
  • Creating and managing mutual campaigns with our business partners or collaborators
  • Provide effective crisis management solutions in times of need
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in public relations and digital marketing
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communicate insights to management

Desired Skills and Competencies:

· Hands-on experience with a variety of different PR campaigns

· Applicable knowledge of copywriting and editing

· Experience with diverse social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

· Excellent communication, and presentation skills

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills

· Passion for public speaking

· Attention to details

Experience:

· At least 02 years of relevant experience.

· BS/BA Honors or Master’s degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, or a similar relevant field
