As a fine expert you will be part of a team that is responsible for the daily management of incoming fines/inquiries related to our automotive fleet.
The daily tasks and responsibilities consist of but not limited to;
Daily scanning of the incoming administrative fines in the mailroom and providing them to our external partner Unified Post to ensure a timely distribution to drivers and customers.- Ensuring the contestation of Juridical fines by uploading the documents and supervising the RPA process, intervening where necessary to ensure a smooth and continued workflow as all documents must be processed.
- Follow up of fines that are not handled through the automated processing: it could be required to recuperate additional information by contacting internal and external parties such as verbalizing parties, suppliers, or federal/governmental organisations.
- Reply to official police inquiries and providing the necessary documentation when required.
- At times give additional support to internal departments that may have questions concerning specific cases of fines.
The profile we are looking for has;
strong analytical skills and enjoys critical thinking with a deductive approach- strong sense of prioritization and organization

- natural affinity with IT landscapes: outlook, Miles, XML, pdf editing etc…
